How about I upload 4.12.3 instead?

It is ready (just needs a changelog entry for new patches of yours) and with 
updated "libxmlrpc-c" and new/accepted "ruby-parse-cron" (that I had to 
package) 4.12.3 builds in "sid" and works well (as far as I can tell).

I don't want to withhold 4.12.3 much longer. Upload of 4.12.3 will close most 
(if not all) bugs and we can surely deal with new ones (if any)...

I'm prepared to upload before Monday unless there are any objections. :)
