postinstall scri  contains:
+rm -f /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-cd.rules
+rm -f /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

This should not be set in postinstall. Here, you may remove some files set
by user in other script/package.

After a quick look, it looks fine for me.
However, did you check compatibility with previous releases (no Breaks).
Looking at code it sounds fine, but a double ceck is always better....
