Hi,

I guess that I can't upload because it's a new upstream source?

Loic, could you please upload it?  All the files, binaries included (in the 
case that you can upload my generated binaries), can be found here:

http://devel.adenu.ia.uned.es/~mafm/deb/osg/

If not, you can "dget" the .dsc and build it from there, too.
