[Pkg-osg-devel] 2.9.11 is out

I have pushed the changes into a new branch, dev/2.9.11. I think we are
ready to upload to experimental.

I got the sources with

svn export \
http://www.openscenegraph.org/svn/osg/OpenSceneGraph/tags/OpenSceneGraph-2.9.11 \
OpenSceneGraph

In order to get the original tarball, you'll find a little script called
`make_orig.tar.sh' that will craft it for you. This should be done
before any other action to make sure the source tree has no
modifications. Anyway, a `git status' can confirm that.

I think that's all :)
