Don't worry :). As I said earlier, there is no hurry with the
package. I'm happy now I could synchronise my repository with
Alioth's. By the way, I also uploaded an update branch for the current
"developer release" 2.9.16, just to smooth the transition for the
upcoming 3.0.

Oh! I have also subscribed gmane to the list, so we have an additional
backup for the list and a nntp interface to it:
