Great work! It's very nice to have that summary in order to learn from
your skills:

* I have to read about the get-source target. After that, I could write
  myself the rule.

* I have to try pbuilder as you have shown. Currently I'm using a
  VirtualBox sid installation, but I guess pbuilder can easily
  outperform it. I want to build the package with my account instead of
  root. If I understood correctly, pbuilder-uml might help with that.

* Does Alioth have a packaging farm? Is it only available to Debian
  members? I'm surprised by the fast build times for this version.
