No one upstream *seemed* to be using xfce and debian testing.
And I wanted to help any debian users seeing the same problem.

Track wasn't displayed as normal. Wasn't clear whether just the
opening position was wrong, or something worse. If this really was some
side effect of a preference setting, it was pretty bad...
