It's not just ikiwiki not being installed. The problem is more subtle: the
post-commit hook, which should update the pages on wagner, is being run on
vasks -- two different machines :). This affects lots of other teams as well
(the Perl team, notably, for PET), and has already been told to Alioth admins :)
