Mostly the fact that we usually upload josm and josm-plugins together,
because (for the same reasons you're underlining) their versions are
tightly tied together. I finished working on josm, but josm-plugins
still require some work and I've been quite busy these days.

Maybe I can manage to do something this weekend.
