[Pkg-osm-maint] how can we help closing bugs with patches supplied

Usually there's no need. However, if someone doesn't reply/act in a timely
manner (say, a couple of weeks?), then it's possible that the mail just got
lost somehow (spam trap? lots of mail? alien invasion?). Then I'd say it's the
time to send an e-mail :)
