[Pkg-osm-maint] Stepping down from pkg-osm

Hi all.

As you can see, I'm not much active in pkg-osm lately. Unfortunately,
I'm not planning to change my mind: I haven't been mapping for OSM for a
while and, while I still like very much the project, I don't think I'll
be able to contribute for the foreseeable future. Given that I have also
low time to dedicate to my Debian packages, I'm also not planning to
work anymore on OSM related packages.

Thus, I'm giving up being a comaintainer for those packages that are
maintained in pkg-osm:

 * josm
 * josm-plugins
 * osmosis
 * osmpbf
 * openstreetmap-map-icons

(and maybe other that I forgot)

I'll commit to the repositories where these packages are maintained
indicating my leave as uploader. Anyway, I'll remain subscribed to the
list (although I'll read it very seldom) and I encourage you to feel
free to write me in case you need help about the machinery I put in my
packages.

Of course, I thank very much all the (not so many) people in the team,
particularly David Paleino, whose work is extremely valuable.

So long and thanks for all the fish! :-)
