Please remove all osmium packages for mipsel.

It depends on libv8, which no longer built for mipsel (due to #667991 -- libv8 only supported a subset of mipsel cpus)

The removal is necessary to allow the transistion of libiv8 testing, allowing the transition my package drizzle. (Also, osmium will not enter testing without libv8)
