ah sorry, I must have missed this. I think it's fine to drop a plugin
and maybe open a wishlist bug to track it if the alternative is that
josm upload gets delayed.

If you are happy with the packaging feel free to upload and don't wait
for me :) I use josm around twice a month and will report back if
something serious breaks for me.
