[Pkg-osm-maint] dapal missing and updates

Yesterday I used josm 0.0.svn5608+dfsg1-2 and tried to load data around

http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/60.17117/24.90609

but I think josm loaded data from completely different area. Maybe it
did not understand the new URL scheme? Using

http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=60.17117&lon=24.90609&zoom=18

worked ok however. Maybe the new version in unstable already fixes this?
