[Pkg-osm-maint] RFS: openstreetmap-carto package

I have prepared a package for the openstreetmap-carto stylesheet. You
can find the ITP bug here:

It builds those binary packages:

    openstreetmap-carto - standard OpenStreetMap Mapnik stylesheet

To access further information about this package, please visit the
following URL:

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

    dget -x
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/openstreetmap-carto/openstreetmap-carto_2.13.0-1.dsc
