[Pkg-osm-maint] RFS: osmosis-plugin-borderextract/1.3-2

Hi,

I prepared an update of the osmosis-plugin-borderextract package and I'm
looking for a sponsor to upload it. This package is the last one
depending on openjdk-6-jdk and preventing its removal.

Here is the changelog:

  * Patched pom.xml to add the missing dependency on the jsr305
annotations (Closes: #713177)
  * debian/control:
    - Removed the build dependency on openjdk-6-jdk
    - Standards-Version updated to 3.9.5 (no changes)
    - Use canonical URLs for the Vcs-* fields
    - Fixed the capitalization of 'Openstreetmap' in the package description

I don't have write access to the pkg-osm repositories, so I created a
temporary repository under pkg-java. You can pull my changes from:

git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-java/osmosis-plugin-borderextract
