I'm also not an ant expert, but I managed to update josm-plugins to
the latest SVN snapshot (30728) and have it build with the current
josm version in testing & unstable.

Because I'm also not a member of pkg-osm my changes are available in

I'm in favor of moving josm & josm-plugins to pkg-grass where it will
benefit from more team maintenance.

I think we should move josm & josm-plugins to pkg-grass if the other
JOSM uploaders don't object.
