I've updated the josm packaging for the lasted tested snapshot (7588).
It's available in the copy of the pkg-osm repo under pkg-grass:

The latest josm-plugins in the pkg-grass git repo needed a JOSM
dependency bump to fix #764176, which I've also updated for JOSM 7588.

josm & josm-plugins need to be uploaded in tandem to avoid causing RC
bugs each time josm is updated.
