[Pkg-oss4-maintainers] Bug#693659: Patch creates issues

Hi, it seems the patch here doesn't fix FPU issues, but creates them.

I'm wondering, what this patch created preemptively based on a code review without an actual issue being noticed? Or was there some kind of problem?

I've been using OSS4 for a long time now and haven't seen any FPU issues until this new NMU version.
