[Pkg-ossim-devel] Security Patch broke some functionality

It seems that the security patch I applied to 1.2.1-1 needs to be refined as
it breaks some functionality as described in bug #338301 the first one 
seems easy enough (just need to find where you can search by snort signature)
the fix that he claims fixes phpgraph does not since it, instead, makes
CleanVariable() not work. (i.e. replace '&' with '&&').

Can anyone test out the latest acidbase packages and see what other points
might break due to the use of the new filtering stuff?
