[pkg-otr-team] "Get involved" section

Hi,

I think we're now almost at the point when we can announce our team
on -devel and elsewhere. The only blocker I can see is the lack of
a proper "Get involved" section on our homepage [1] (and perhaps
initial uploads of packages put under the team's umbrella?)

I'd love to see there a list of roles there: in other words, skills
with a name that people can identify with. I'd like it to answer the
"I know how to do $THIS, how can I help?" question, a bit like
(surprise) the Tails contribute page [2], but probably way lighter to
start with. I suggest a nice first step would be to list the kind of
help we might need (and be able to welcome), and then match it with
named roles that people may identify with.

Thoughts? Anyone willing to give it a try?

(It might be that other Debian teams have created similar pages that
we could get inspiration from.)

Cheers,
