There is this:

low:
http://meetings-archive.debian.net/pub/debian-meetings/2013/debconf13/low/1035_Introduction_to_git-dpm.ogv

high:
http://meetings-archive.debian.net/pub/debian-meetings/2013/debconf13/high/1035_Introduction_to_git-dpm.ogv

this talk is titled 'git is the better quilt: Managing Debian packages
in git with git-dpm'

There is another talk by Richard Hartmann about git, but it is more
general about how to use git for backups etc.

In 2012, there is only this talk about git, that I could find (based on
filenames):

921_Empaquetando_colaborativamente_con_git_y_collab_maint.ogv, i'm
guessing that is in spanish.

I also would be, as long as our workflow is clearly documented, I think
any of them would be fine. I'm sorry for opening that can of worms :o

At first I agreed with Antoine, but now I agree with you. I think having
a policy for the group does make things better in general, and that is
better than having each person do their own thing.

We all agreed on pizza at least!
