Hesie created a set of buttons that solves this problem by turning the
one-click like model into a two-click model (start inactive, activate the
Facebook code, then click to like).  They have a few other social networks
integrated into their series of buttons as well.
http://www.heise.de/extras/socialshareprivacy/ is the original page, but I
think most people use a fork of it created by Mathias Panzenböck (panzi)
that uses jquery and has some more extensibility:
