[pkg-otr-team] Bug#767075: pidgin-otr: Needs to Depend: libotr5 (>= 4.1.0)

Package: pidgin-otr
Version: 4.0.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I just upgraded pidgin-otr on my testing system. Then pidgin fails to start, saying

  Expected libotr API version 4.1.0 incompatible with actual version 4.0.0. Aborting.

I had to upgrade libotr5 to the current unstable version to fix this. Obviously, the
dependencies are not tight enough.

Kind regards
Ralf
