[pkg-otr-team] last two packages have been broken

Imho you're right about unstable, but now it's too late, a non-working
package has gone through undetected...
There was a -b2 upgrade the other day, I don't know why, at first I
thought perhaps to fix the issue I had, but nothing got fixed, so
perhaps just make a -b3 with the updated dependencies?
