[pkg-otr-team] Bug#805327: irssi-plugin-otr: Can't configure the statusbar templates with `/format OTR stb_*`

Dear Maintainer,

‘src/otr-formats.c’ defines a couple of irssi templates to be configured
with ‘/format otr <key>’.  The list of templates and their current
values is listed by the ‘/format otr’ command:

    [Statusbar]
    stb_plaintext = {sb plaintext}
    stb_finished = {sb %yfinished%n}
    stb_unknown = {sb {hilight state unknown (BUG!)}}
    stb_untrusted = {sb %GOTR%n (%runverified%n)}
    stb_trust = {sb %GOTR%n}

I'm able to change these value using

    /format otr stb_trust {sb %2OTR%n}

However, possibly due to a compiler optimization in irssi-plugin-otr,
this has no impact on the actual template used in the statusbar.
