[pkg-otr-team] irssi 1.0.0 and plugins

Hi,
upstream released irssi 1.0.0 last week and I would like to push that
into unstable for release with stretch. I've looked at your plugin
packages and found a way that would work without you having to do a
sourceful upload but would do with just binNMUs - which was also ACKed
by Niels from the release team to be a way to get this into stretch
still.
I've done local test builds that worked, needed a small patch from
upstream because API changed (renaming of the ssl* functions to tls*,
and the patch is a bunch of #define for those). I can test xmpp and otr
myself (and will so before I push irssi), but I have no clue about the
robustirc plugin -- on the other hand, that isn't a candidate for
stretch anyway, so I think testing if it builds and is /load-able might
be enough from my side.
If it's fine with you I'll move forward with this plan, upload irssi
1.0.0 next week (after 0.8.21 transitioned for the security update), and
request the binNMUs for the three plugin packages after irssi did hit
unstable so we are in time for the freeze at february 5th.
In case you were planing to do a source-ful upload for your plugin
packages before that time, please let me know now so this doesn't
collide.
Enjoy,
Rhonda
