no plans for another upload from my side. If you're going to upload
irssi 1.0.0, I'd say the sooner the better!

There's activity on github to update irssi-xmpp for the ssl/tls changes
in irssi, and I haven't heard from any other problems. So while I
haven't had the time to do any testing myself, I'd say this update is
rather low-risk.
