the package is now available in unstable. I have already moved the
templates back to /usr/share in SVN and I have changed the package to
use quilt for managing upstream changes.

since the ftpmaster are too slow I have put the 2.0.4pl01-6 package at
people.debian.org. I have removed the documentation because the source
is missing for it. In future there will be a separate otrs2-doc
package. Other plans are:

* move at least the directories /etc/otrs/Output/HTML/{Lite,Standard}
back to /usr/share/otrs/... where they belong to; I am not sure about
the perl files in /etc/otrs/Output/HTML/ - what do you think?
* switch to dbconfig-common
* switch to webapps-common  when it becomes available, see
http://alioth.debian.org/projects/webapps-common/
