[Pkg-parrot-devel] Team upload or NMU policy ?

Hello

I'm wondering what is the team policy regarding uploads done by team members 
or other Debian developers.

I understand that packages providing new parrot releases must be checked by 
Allison. 

But what is the policy to fix packaging bugs between parrot releases ?

Are team upload or NMUs fine to fix packaging bugs ?

I guess that we could ask similar question regarding parrot bugs between 
parrot releases. 

Thoughts ?
