[Pkg-parrot-devel] Parrot 4.0.0

Hi all,

Parrot 4.0.0 has been released some days ago, and, AFAICT, it is not a 
development release (is it?).

Is there any plan on packaging it, or alternatively uploading the previous
stable release (which IIRC, was kind of ready on GitHub [0])?
