Agreed. If needed, I can sponsor this package.

Allison, please tell us what you intent to do. If there's no volunteer to 
maintain parrot package, I think it's better to remove it than to leave an 
obsolete version in Debian.

Rakudo now uses moarvm and I don't plan to provide more than one rakudo for 
Debian. I.e. only rakudo on moarvm will be provided.
