[Pkg-pciutils-discuss] Time for a new release

I'd like to inflict 2.2.4-pre4 on the world; it's all merged up and
ready to go.  I have a couple of motivations here:

 - We've had the patch to fix Kudzu sitting in our tree for a month or
   more; we really should get that into the archive.
 - I'd like to see us use the new ~ ability of dak
 - The lspci -nn option is cool ;-)

Does anyone want to make any packaging changes before we put this one
out?  We've talked about splitting out pci.ids into its own package,
and I've mused on merging pciutils-dev into pciutils.  But I don't think
this is the last upload before etch, so there's still time for someone to
make those changes after this release.

While this fixes one Hurd bug, 380032 remains outstanding.  I'd like to
fix it by simply dropping pcimodules.  Maybe the right thing to do is to
move it to be part of the hotplug package, since that's the only user.
