[Pkg-pciutils-discuss] pciutils-3.1.10 package compilation error

Hello,
      I am facing problem while compilation of pciutils-3.1.10 package in
cygwin enviornment,its give an error,how to resolve this issue

$ make
cd lib && ./configure
