[Pkg-pdns-maintainers] Request to join the team

Dear PowerDNS Maintainers,

I'd like to join the team; for various reasons I have an interest
in having the PowerDNS packages in Debian.

This might very well mean adding someone who is also constrained on
time, but having three time-constrained persons is likely better
than two.
