[Pkg-pdns-maintainers] Bug#801565: Support MariaDB

The package dependencies appear to enforce use of mysql-client, but
users want to use mariadb-client in it's place.

This needs figuring out (it's likely that there's a virtual package
we can depend on, but dbconfig-common also needs to support this).
