[Pkg-pdns-maintainers] boost1.58: ships empty binary packages on some archs

Hi,

pdns-recursor recently started using boost-context, and I must say I
find these empty but existing binary packages highly annoying.

If those binary packages weren't there in the first place, the
buildds would not even try to build pdns-recursor, and as such not
waste machine and human time trying to figure out what's wrong on
arm64 and s390x.

Please reconsider shipping those binary packages.
