COPYRIGHT - Removed, file is redundant (and identical) with
debian/copyright. Removed its mention from debian/rules as well.

control: Fixed a bit in the description to make it more in the general
Debian style

rules: Removed reference to COPYRIGHT, added '$(MAKE) test'

copyright: Mentioned group maintainership and upstream URL

changelog: Reflected the above changes :)
