For -commits, maybe. For -maintainers, I'm not sure it would be a good
idea - what about automated mails from the BTS? If someone replies
to the initial bug report and ignores the BTS-set "From" and "Cc",
then the original submitter shall not see the response, and it won't
be tracked in the BTS, either.
