Log:
This module is not GPL-3 but dual-licensed as perl so it needs
that Angel re-license debian/* as Artistic as well for compatibility
issues. Fixed licensing on debian/copyright except by debian/* that's
job of Angel to re-license his work to Artistic | GPL-2+, changed to
UNRELEASED in the meantime.
