+Repackaged upstream source tarball for Debian
+---------------------------------------------
+
+Upstream for Test-Synopsis bundles some modules in inc/* which are not
+needed. Furthermore some of them do not have Copyright information. As
+they are not needed for building the package the upstream tarball was
+repackaged without these files.
+
+The upstream tarball was repackaged via the script debian/repack.stub,
+using debian/repack.local for removing the mentioned files and adjusting
+MANIFEST file.
+
+We remove the following files:
+ - inc/Test/*
+ - inc/Spiffy.pm
