+    last discussions on the mailing list correctly that's not strictly necessary
+    (unless the license requires it) but the Copyright: field in d/control is

+    other packages) to add a "Comment: The code doesn't contain any explicit
+    copyright statement. Under the Berne Convention we assume that the upstream
