    Ready for review.
    
    * debian:
      Reset debian/changelog for 0.02-1 release.
      Remove comments from 'Files: *' section in debian/copyright."
      Correct email address in echo-function-doc.patch
      Use gitignore configuration external to repository.
      Generalize the reference to Debian systems in debian/copyright.
      Reword the description in debian/control.
      Dependency on libconfig-yaml-perl does not need to versioned.
      Installing module README is not needed.
