    Get the build-dep and dependency on libany-moose-perl back to >= 0.13.
    
    libany-moose-perl 0.15 is not part of Squeeze either, so the versionned
    build-dep on >= 0.15 introduces a circular build-dependency as far as backports
    are concerned.
    
    MouseX::Types passes its testsuite flawlessly, and seems to work nicely, with
    Any::Moose 0.13, so it seems safe to assume the 0.15 version was added merely to
    be on the safe side because this was the version the developer was testing on at
    the time Any::Moose compatibility was added to MouseX::Types.
