    Drop unneeded Breaks and Replaces
    
    Drop the unneeded Breaks and Replaces on libemail-mime-modifier-perl
    (<< 1.900-1) and libemail-mime-creator-perl (<< 1.900-1) as these are
    aready superseded in Squeeze.
