    Revert "New upstream release."
    
    I'm not wild about the idea of uploading development releases to unstable.
    I'm reverting it and I think we should continue on tracking the regular
    releases.
    
    This reverts commit 00fdf73114585d500973adc1d11f09aec3d0d8fb.
