      Allow calling Glib::Flags::as_arrayref directly, as an alternative to the @{}

      Add documentation for Glib->filename_to_uri and filename_from_uri.  Patch by
      Hush some compiler warnings.
      Fix the actual compiler warning, this time.
      Always use Data::Dumper on MSWin32 for serialization.  Storable seems to
      Make sure that messages with % chars in them make it through Glib::log() and
      Unstable release 1.212.
