    * develop:
      Changes for version v0.18
      Add testing for citadel_mrtg function to t/01citadel.t
      Correct returning the information from the citadel_mrtg function as hash.
      Remove unneeded variable assignment from the citadel_info function.
      Return the information from the citadel_mrtg function as hash.
      Add documentation for the hash returned by the citadel_mrtg function.
      Add initial version of citadel_mrtg function to Citadel.pm
      Bump version to 0.18
