    * develop:
      Changes for version v0.17
      Add testing for citadel_info function to t/01citadel.t
      Expand the documentation for the new citadel_info function.
      Correct syntax issues in new citadel_info function.
      Add citadel_info function to lib/Net/Citadel.pm
      Bump version to 0.17
