    set to UNRELEASED and add IGNORE-VERSION pseudo-header: no code changes
    
    This upstream release does not contain anything that we didn't ship in
    the previously released Debian package, as upstream merely applied our
    patches. This happens frequently is usually a reason not to do a release
    for an (identical) Debian package, and the IGNORE-VERSION pseudo-header
    is used to tell PET about that fact.
